Dust to Dust

In 'Dust to Dust,' a small but vital link in our ecosystem is returned to the parched earth prematurely. This addition to the 'Season of Decay' collection highlights how the collapse of our environment starts from the smallest of creatures, eventually echoing through the entire chain of life. I created this to evoke a sense of urgency showing that when the earth can no longer sustain even the smallest, our collective future is in peril.
