I created 'The Thirst of Innocence' as a heart-wrenching addition to my 'Season of Decay' series. By placing a small, vulnerable kitten on this parched and cracked earth, I wanted to highlight that environmental destruction spares no one—not even the most blameless. This piece serves as a visual question about the future we are leaving behind, where the most fragile are left to endure the consequences of a world that has lost its life-giving balance
