Before Love Learned to Speak"
On a slender branch, two birds sit close and I, behind the frame, hold my breath so love won’t be startled into flight. One leans nearer to the other, not out of habit, but from that quiet longing that makes the world stop turning just to give meaning to *being with you*. Light slips gently over their feathers, and the branch becomes a witness to a secret as old as time. I took this photograph because I believe love is not always a cry; sometimes it is simply two hearts choosing each other in silence. And I remembered Rumi, as if he had seen this moment long before: “I have no thought in my mind except you ; wherever I go, it is you ،only you.” These two birds are not only perched on a tree branch, but on the edge of this very verse.
